The fine print

Forever Conversations creates a 5–10 minute personalised audio keepsake from a child's voice. You provide information about your child and the recipient, we generate questions, your child records their answers, and we edit the result into a finished piece with a private listening link and optional printed QR card.

• You must be the child's parent or legal guardian, and you must give consent at checkout.
• You must provide accurate information about your child and the recipient.
• You are responsible for supervising your child during recording.
• You must keep your private recording and listening links secure and not share them publicly.
• For card orders, you must provide a correct delivery address. We cannot re-ship to a wrong address.

• We generate age-appropriate questions and produce a professionally edited audio keepsake.
• We provide a private listening page and a downloadable audio file.
• We print and post the QR card if you ordered one, via our print partner Prodigi.
• We check every keepsake for quality before it is published.
• We store your data securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Forever Conversation keepsake costs £18.99. The optional printed QR card costs £5.99. Payment is processed by Stripe. Tax is handled by Stripe for UK orders. Prices are in British pounds and include applicable tax where required.

If you are not happy with your keepsake, email us within 14 days of receiving the finished recording. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a re-edit or a refund. Once a recording has been submitted to the studio and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund unless there is a quality issue we cannot resolve.

Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee. If a card is lost or damaged in transit, we will reprint and resend it at no cost. Delivery times depend on the destination country and our print partner's schedule.

You own the voice recordings you submit. We are granted a licence to edit, produce, and host the finished keepsake so you and your chosen recipients can listen to it through the private link. We do not use your recordings for any other purpose. The finished keepsake is for personal, non-commercial use only.

We take reasonable care in producing your keepsake. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information you provide, recording quality affected by your device or environment, or delivery delays outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The date above shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
